Welcome to the Workshopium.
This site has gone through many changes, and now we are about to enter the next phase of the Workshopium.
What is the Workshopium?
So the Workshopium is a small site dedicated to the works of Jerel E. Rogers, with the intent of creating collaborative writing labels. A collaborative writing label is a indicator of quality of a independently published work, checked by other authors in order to raise the standards of independent publication.
What kind of content can I expect on here?
There will be several different forms of content, and it should be a bit more free form then it was before. Types of content you can expect are the following:
Advertisement
Announcements: Announcements will be reserved for the release of a new product from the Workshopium, such as a novel or a game.
Web Novels: These will be continuous stories that will be written chapter by chapter, with them all being linked to a singular post that will be hyper linked to each of the others. Web Novels have the benefit of being altered by comments/polls ran on here, or on @hostilefun, the official Twitter of the Head of the Workshopium , Jerel E Rogers.
Articles: This is a new addition to the Workshopium, but these articles will serve as free exercises in thought about any topic which I find personally interesting.
Dev Logs: These are specialized articles to be written about a product of the Workshopium in progress, or by a author who is taking part in a collaborative writing label, such as Saryuma. They also may be written as behind the scenes notes for certain web novels.

What about AI on the Workshopium?
So my official stance on AI is this: You can use any AI you wish, but you must disclose when you are using AI in any piece of writing.
Now, if you are just using AI to edit the work and there is no AI written content, there is no need to disclose this, but otherwise, full disclosure is needed if any word was AI generated.
Every picture in this article has been generated with a AI btw. I don’t see any issue with this usage.
Now when it comes to AI generated artwork, posts on the Workshopium do not need to disclose this, although it is highly recommended. I just don’t want to have to rewrite this every single time I, or any future members of the Workshopium post every single picture/post. That being said, if AI is used in writing, it will be, and must be disclosed immediately.
Lastly, any product that is released from the Workshopium must disclose both if Art assets and Writing has been generated by AI. Failure to disclose only lowers trust from the public, and shows a intentional lack of character. This rule is ironclad.
To wrap up
The Workshopium is entering it’s 2.0 phase to clean up the lacking of content, the limited scope of the initial Workshopium, ect ect.
In other words, the old Workshopium was a dead end. Expect many new things in the months moving forwards.
